cute but I hate magic apples

I was offered a free apple in exchange for a review, & seeing as how hard it is to get apples, I jumped on the offer.

*****since the last update, the maps keep freezing every time I play, forcing me to restart the app. Please fix this issue*****

The game is very cute. I love all things Sanrio, especially Hello Kitty, so this game is right up my alley.

The decorations are cute. I like that they switch up decorations occasionally.

My problem with the game, and its a big problem, is how hard it is to get apples, and how many things require apples.

1st, the ability to watch videos for apples (5 a day) is great, but since that feature, it seems like more thing require apples to purchase them, and it cost more apples than it used to, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting those apples in the first place. Without apples, it takes too long to get anywhere in this game, and thats why so many people give up on it. If you want people to play this game continuously, you will HAVE to make it easier to get apples without purchasing them. Ive played this from the beginning and I dont see ANY of the same people that I used to have on my friends list in the beginning still playing. People dont stick with this game, and its because of how hard it is to level up & buy things without apples.

2nd, As for buying apples, I would have no problem doing so, IF it were at a reasonable price. You get barely any apples for the price they are charging, even when they have their so-called apple sales. Considering how costly things are in this game, you dont get your moneys worth. You could end up paying $10-$20 for just a couple of things to place on your map.

3rd, I hate having to visit friends on my list one by one. There should be an option to send to all friends.

4th, I hate having to go shop to shop to collect $ etc. why not make an option for us to select all shops at once.

5th, there should be an option to collect all gifts sent by friends at once and open all at once, then resend gifts accordingly.

6th, the map needs to be bigger. How hard can it be to make the map bigger??? There is no room for all of the things i buy. And the price (in apples) to expand your world when the option is available, is ridiculously expensive and something that shouldnt really even cost us to do. It should be a big enough world off the bat, not a small world that we have to pay to expand so often. Also i dont like the new "travel to your other map" option. Yes it costed a LOT to expand, and ill have to keep expanding that once again tiny world, but also, its a hassle to travel back and forth.

Please make this app more user-friendly. The hassle is ruining the game.

Finally, I love the new "video" feature where we can watch an ad in exchange for an apple, but at the same time,it is limited to 5 apples a day I think. Thats a lot better than the other offers though, where you never get the promised apple. At least these videos give the apples. Just wish there wasnt a limit to how many videos we can watch a day, or at least allow more than 5 a day.
